Is your character religious?: Iffy. He doesn't overtly worship a god, but he does believe in them, mostly because he's seen and dealt with several.
Will they be able to tell she's a WOMAN?: Possibly. He deals with Naoto frequently, who pulls off the exact same thing HP does, so he might be able to tell given time, but it's up to you. Though, it will most definitely not be on first glance. Or second.

Yeah, this is a pretty bizarre situation, because she goes from being a nun to being basically on a Crusade, and doing whatever it takes to get her shit done... It's kind of terrifying, the levels she goes to. But here, she wouldn't have a reason to do that unless a few key castmates showed up, which they won't, as NO ONE EVER plays them. ROFL.

Additional comments: I'm not sure the Stand would have any affect on Castiel. Or if it did, it would only affect his human vessel, not his angelic self, and he would immediately heal the damage to his vessel. So if the situation ever comes up, she can use her Stand but it won't disable him and it definitely wouldn't be lethal. Hopefully that makes sense.

...I'm kind of wondering, here, if there's some kind of a RULE EXCEPTION where divine beings could see the Stands, but I'm not going to make that call without consulting a castmate. The rule is that "only Stand users can see Stands; only Stands can damage other Stands". But. It's just a spiritual manifestation. We bent this rule in my other game for ease of play, but I have no idea what my castmate here would think of it.
Do you have any thoughts? XD Or precedents? /boggle

Good or Evil?: Good/Neutralish? (He's pretty helpful to others and doesn't have a malicious bone in his body, but he's also often prone to histrionics and is vain. Depending on how religious HP is the fact that he has some, ahem, loose mores when it comes to sexuality is also an issue.)
Is your character religious?: The main religion where he comes from involves worship of two deities--a psychic ocean dragon thing and a phoenix thing. Will believes in his gods...I think this Terry Pratchett quote sums it up best.
Wizards don’t believe in gods in the same way that most people don’t find it necessary to believe in, say, tables. They know they’re there, they know they’re there for a purpose, they’d probably agree that they have a place in a well-organized universe, but they wouldn’t see the point of believing, of going around saying, "O great table, without whom we are as naught." Anyway, either the gods are there whether you believe or not, or exist only as a function of the belief, so either way you might as well ignore the whole business and, as it were, eat off your knees.
